MY MAC HAUL!- 2011
I was lucky enough this summer to get an invite for the MAC Warehouse Sale which is exclusively an invite only event for Estee Lauder employees and family members and friends. A friend of a friend had extra tickets and was kind enough to give it away.
I also went there last year maybe around winter and I observed that the prices did really increased this year. I heard a lot of complains from mac haulers themselves. The 2 for $10 lipsticks are now $10 each and the $3 bin wet up to $4..to sum it all products had increased by a dollar or two…BUT overall I was still quite happy with what I bought this season.

I figured this would be great for afternoon face mist when I need to do some retouch. Was not able to try this yet so I don’t really know if its worth $15. But i think this is good for summer to cool your face down when it gets really hot.
cremestick pearl liner - just because it sells for $9.. i know they retail this for $17.
i need a concealer with all the zits that I have right now.bought it at $9
Mineralize Skin Finish - luxurious velvet-soft powder with high-frost metallic finish. Smoothes on: adds buffed-up highlights to cheeks, or an overall ultra-deluxe polish to the face.
Retail is at $28 and I just got it for $15! yey!
I have been drooling for this color for so long…The shade is “something new” yes thats the name. Its really beautiful on the lips.Its around $17 in retail but got it for $10..not bad, but still last year was such a good deal since lipsticks are 2 for $15. Thats why I was not crazily buying this year, its too expensive!

This is Pigments for Smoky Eyes set for $20 with a nice can as packaging. I think they released this last spring.
This is still with a tin can but these are lipglass, still for $20 for everything! SHWEET!
I swear my life to this product! The best make up remover ever made on the face of the earth! This is $25 for 2 bottles..not bad but they were selling this last year for only $10/bottle. Im not complaining since I know that they are selling this at HOlt Renfrew at $45/bottle.
This is the brush set that I bought for $35, yes with a sling bag. its awesome!I actually was just aiming for the #187 blush which is the black with the white ends. I heard great reviews with this blush and make up artist swear by it so I really really really wanted to get one. I researched this and this Brush ALONE cost $42 so I know I really did have a good deal with this! WINNING!
This one made me happy too since I got this for free when you present your ticket on the exit.
with the MAC warehouse sale it is good to be generous since they always have this $5 charity bag. The maximum you can get is 4 bags so I grab all 4.
This is whats inside! 2 mascaras- a brown and a black one and one mineralize eyeshadow!
Overall Im still happy with the MAC warehouse sale. I spend less this year since its more expensive and only a few choices.
I think with everything that I bought today, I wont be spending on make up for at least a year! Wish me Luck!
