a doZE of craZEness

Yes! I was screaming my heart out when finally I received a tracking number from FED EX! I have been waiting for this for 30 days. I kept bugging the company’s Facebook page as to the status of my order and I assume the one in charge for PR erased them. Well, I cant blame them since the comment I posted was becoming like a forum for grumbling customers who were also patiently waiting for it. But after all that is said and done….at the end of 30 days, I received a reply that it now being shipped!

i love technology, isn’t it amazing how you can track packages these days….so as you can see its from the UK-then to US- then finally Canada. whoo! poor beautiful thing it must be tired and jet lag.

My sister called me around lunch that finally it has arrived! and yes informing me that she paid customs for about $35! Freight and customs is such a BITCH! But I cant really do something..im a slave for all things beautiful…

and tada……with a 5 GBP discount on the next purchase…

then I opened it and Died!

Its amazing how the satchels ( esp The Cambridge Satchel) is so much of a trend in the fashion blogosphere…its as if its a MUST have item for every blogger…WELL its relatively cheap than the Mulberry ALEXA-(wc I still lust) but would probably feel very guilty if I buy one! This particular one cost about a 100 pounds with the monogram excluding shipping and customs…..Inclusive of all cost and FX conversion, it would be around $200 CAD. In times like this, I wish I was in the UK!….but hey they said that as the bag gets older, it gets better..I sure do HOPE!

I spent a night researching before buying and came across a lot of forums and blogs, however only a few posted pictures as to how much a ‘13 satchel could hold so to pay it forward for all the bloggers who helped and lured me to order, here is a picture of what it can hold:

L-R back :my camera pouch(the blue one), my rayban case, eyeglass case, wallet,

L-R front: ballpen, handsanitizer, gum, oil blotting cream, blackberry, and face powder.

I could probably squeeze lipsticks and my moleskin organizer….so ‘13 is pretty much OK. If you have an ipad it definitely fit but Macbook wont fit. 

I currently don’t have an outfit post, but definitely im bringing this baby on Katy Perry’s concert this wednesday!

so there  my current bag obsession has been satisfied…(actually a purple ‘14 one will be coming soon tomorrow) ssshhhhh!
